The first identified transaction involved the development of one 'worker camp' in the centrally located Al Quoz district of Dubai. Subsequently JHL has acquired several more facilities in Dubai Investment Park. These facilities would be built on 30 year renewable (and transferable) leasehold land, with the facilities leased to 'AAA' grade tenants on 3-5 year leases.
