RAHALA
Hospitality Company: A SAR one billion investment company under
establishment in coordination with the Saudi Arabian General Investment
Authority (SAGIA) and NAEEM Holdings. RAHALA will target investments
in the hospitality lodging and tourism sectors in Saudi Arabia.
The Company will specifically develop internationally branded 3,
4 & 5-star hotels & serviced apartments throughout the Kingdom.

MENA Nawader Fund (MNF): A US$ 50 million investment private
fund to be registered in Bahrain and focused on investing in small
to medium private equity deals identified across the MENA region.
The focus of the Fund will be to provide capital to fund growth,
to take positions in companies ahead of expected or announced regulatory
changes and to invest in necessary businesses that underpin the
regional boom underway at present. The Fund's objective is to provide
significant capital gain of a targeted IRR of 30% over the three
year life of the Fund while offering qualified and selected private
investors the benefits of a portfolio approach together with full-time
professional management and expertise in this type of investment
activity.
Janayen Holdings
Limited (JHL): SIRAJ has identified and acquired a number
of high yielding investment opportunities located in the UAE, in
the form of ownership of worker accommodation facilities. These
facilities are employee/worker residences also known as "worker
camps". The first identified transaction involved the development
of one 'worker camp' in the centrally located Al Quoz district of
Dubai. Subsequently JHL has acquired several more facilities in
Dubai Investment Park. These facilities would be built on 30 year
renewable (and transferable) leasehold land, with the facilities
leased to 'AAA' grade tenants on 3-5 year leases. In each instance
the facility is essentially the same, offering basic dormitory style
accommodation for manual labourers. Typically each facility will
consist of approximately 350 rooms, with the building comprising
